Hi, I’m Belinda Helmer, owner and permanent cosmetics artist at MicroBrows Permanent Cosmetics. My approach to permanent cosmetics has always been centered around creating soft, natural-looking enhancements that complement your features—not overpower them. I believe beautiful permanent makeup should look like it belongs to you. Every client is unique, which is why I take a highly individualized approach to each procedure. From detailed facial mapping and thoughtful pigment selection to the technique chosen for your skin and desired result, every detail is carefully considered. My work is intentionally conservative and precise, with a focus not only on how your results look the day of your procedure, but how beautifully and naturally they will heal. Whether you’re looking to restore what time or hair loss has changed, simplify your daily routine, or simply enhance the features you already have, my goal is for you to leave feeling confident, comfortable, and still completely you. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Each appointment is personally reserved for you, with the time needed to provide your service without feeling rushed. I understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances sometimes arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I simply ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be changed without a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Appointments missed without notice (no-show) are subject to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Following a second no-show, future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking, and I reserve the discretion to decline future appointments.
I certainly understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations can occur and will always take those circumstances into consideration.
These policies are not intended to be punitive. They simply help protect appointment time that has been reserved exclusively for you and may be difficult to fill on short notice.
